Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately products such as shampoo, conditioner, styling products, etc. cannot be returned once opened. In the event your product is defective please contact us immediately and we will happily return your purchase price or exchange the product for you.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
You may exchange any unopened product at our salon within 90 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please return it to the salon.
